This week, we have three jams from the Phish MSG run so far!
First up this week Split Open and Melt from Night 1! Closing the incredible second set, the band heads straight into the depths of dark space with undulating waves of evil synth textures and delay guitar.
Next we have Fuego from Night 2! The longest jam of the run so far, it stretches all the way to the 30-minute mark and has some of the finest drumming from Fish I’ve ever heard – absolutely relentless!
Finally, we have Cavern from Night 5. When Trey started singing it over a funk jam just like on 4/5/98, I freaked out a little bit – what an amazing and unique moment!
